A Tokyo Underground Cinematic Celebration

To celebrate this international success and honor the local talent involved, poweredby.tokyo organized a special screening event in Tokyo. This mini film festival of sorts became a vibrant gathering of Tokyo's creative community, bringing together filmmakers, artists, and enthusiasts under one roof.

The event featured not only the award-winning short film but also presentations from the cast and crew, offering attendees a behind-the-scenes look at the adaptation process. From the challenges of translating manga to screen to the creative decisions that led to their festival triumph, the team shared insights that captivated the audience.

This screening served as a homecoming for the project, allowing Tokyo's artistic circles to experience and celebrate the film in its birthplace. It also highlighted poweredby.tokyo's commitment to nurturing local talent and their ability to create bridges between Tokyo's underground art scene and global audiences.
