Park Hyatt Tokyo is renowned for its world-class culinary program, featuring seasonal menus crafted with produce from Japan's finest suppliers, many through exclusive partnerships. When the hotel welcomed new executive and pastry chefs, we saw an opportunity to showcase Park Hyatt's commitment to quality and sustainability. We documented the chefs' journey to Kyushu, where they fostered relationships with local suppliers. This initiative not only highlighted the hotel's farm-to-table philosophy but also brought a personal touch to the brand, weaving a compelling visual narrative of culinary excellence and dedication to sourcing the finest ingredients.
